Mama Ty, Brutus, Louie, Max, Rose, and Camilla are this week's Pets of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Badger Animal Clinic and Courteous Canine in Black River Falls.

Names:  Mama Ty, Brutus, Louie, Max, Rose & Camilla

Age: 2-Years-Old (Mama Ty) & the pups are (8-Weeks-Old

Breed: Pit Mixes

This week we have a whole family as the CCHS Pet of the Week!  Mama Ty and her babies came to CCHS from another overcrowded Shelter.  They are all Pit mixes, although we can't say for sure what they are mixed with.  Mama Ty is about 2 years old and weighs 56.6#.

Her babies are 8 weeks old.  They are the boys Brutus, Louie and Max and the girls Rose and Camilla.  They are all cute and adorable, plus they have great friendly  personalities.  Mama Ty is such a sweet girl, too.

She was a wonderful mama, but now would like a family of her very own.  Please apply to adopt your new best friend today!  Adoption applications can be submitted through our website:  www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Something new at 600 Hewett St, in downtown Neillsville, on the corner opposite the Post Office. It’s our “inconvenience store”.  We have lousy parking, terrible hours, not much is organized and we don’t care if you buy anything or not.

We’re only open one day each month and that’s only for 2 hours, and yet, people love it. You know why?........cuz it’s all FREE!  That’s right, bring your bags, boxes, cars, trucks or buggies and fill ‘em up. It’s all free! We call it Freeday Friday and it’s August 6th from 9:30 to 11:30 only.

It’s not that we’re going out of business, it’s just our way of moving out old stuff to make room for more new stuff.  If it goes well, we’ll do it again. If not, we don’t really care, it’s not like we’re making any money from it anyway. See you at 9:30, August 6th!

CCHS is open again!  We have reopened during our regular hours of 12-3 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.  Adoptions are still being done by appointment, but we are again welcoming visitors and volunteers.

Please stop in and see all of the wonderful cats and dogs we have available for adoption!  Welcome back!! Our CC Resale Store at 815 Hewett Street is open on Saturdays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

You can learn more about, and adopt, Mama Ty, Brutus, Louie, Max, Rose & Camilla, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.

Mama Ty is picutred here on the website.  You can see pictures of her pups on our Facebook page NOW 92.7 WPKG.
