Coronavirus Numbers for October 30th

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has seen a total of 214,996 positive cases (an increase of 4,870 over the previous day) and 1,948 deaths, an increase of 51 over the previous day. Of the positive cases, 11,003, or 5%, have been hospitalized. In total, Clark County has seen 909 positive cases. For our neighboring counties, in total, Chippewa has seen 1,789 positive, Eau Claire has seen 3,656 positive, Jackson has seen 544 positive, Wood has seen 1,773 positive, Marathon has seen 4,896 positive and Taylor has seen 502 positive.
Clark County has had 17 people die from the virus; Marathon has had 54 people die from the virus; Chippewa has had 19 people die from the virus; Eau Claire has had 16 people die from the virus; Wood has had 9 people die from the virus; Taylor has had 7 people die from the virus; and Jackson has had one person die from the virus.
