USDA Announces November Federal Order Class III Milk Price

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -The USDA announced that the November Federal Order Class III price jumped to $23.34 per hundredweight.

That was $1.73 more for the month, and $2.89 above November 2019.  So far, the Class III price has averaged $18.39 for the year, with $12.14 being the lowest monthly price during May and $24.64 in July, which was the highest peak.

The Class IV component price was 17-cents lower than last month at $13.30, and $3.30 less than last year.  Meanwhile, the Wisconsin all milk price for October was announced at $21.50 per cwt., up $3.80 from September's price, and 80-cents more than the same time a year earlier.
