Dog Found Near Thorp With Legs Bound Together

-On October 26th, around 4pm, a dog was found next to the bridge on Pine Road west of Birch Ave, in the Township of Thorp.This dog's front legs were bound together with a black zip tie causing severe lacerations to the legs. The dog appeared weak and skinny and was taken to an animal rescue representative from the local area for further care.
