Coronavirus Numbers for October 29th

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has seen a total of 210,126 positive cases (an increase of 3,815 over the previous day) and 1,897 deaths, an increase of 45 over the previous day. Of the positive cases, 10,810, or 5%, have been hospitalized. In total, Clark County has seen 889 positive cases. For our neighboring counties, in total, Chippewa has seen 1,685 positive, Eau Claire has seen 3,531 positive, Jackson has seen 494 positive, Wood has seen 1,708 positive, Marathon has seen 4,728 positive and Taylor has seen 488 positive.
Clark County has had 16 people die from the virus; Marathon has had 54 people die from the virus; Chippewa has had 13 people die from the virus; Eau Claire has had 12 people die from the virus; Wood has had 9 people die from the virus; Taylor has had 7 people die from the virus; and Jackson has had one person die from the virus.
