Clark County Health Department Flu Clinic Schedule

The Clark County Health Department is holding free special flu clinics for children.

At these special clinics, the flu shot is FREE for ALL CHILDREN 6 months old through age 18, regardless of insurance status. Adults (19+) can also receive the flu shot at these clinics, however the vaccine is not free. The CCHD may be able to bill your insurance carrier or you can pay $30 to cover the cost of the vaccine. Flu shots are also available at the Health Department in Neillsville. To schedule an appointment, please call (715) 743-5113. Annual flu vaccinations are always important, but in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more critical to protect yourself and those around you.

The clinics are being held on this Wednesday, October 14th from 3pm-4pm at the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center; and Tuesday, October 20 from 4pm-5:30pm at the Loyal Elementary School. They’re also holding another on Thursday, October 22nd from 4pm-5:30pm at the Colby Elementary School; Monday, October 26th at the Abbotsford School from 4pm-5:30pm; and Thursday, October 29th from 4pm-5:30pm at the Neillsville High School.

For the flu clinics, all participants will have a COVID screening before they take part in the flu clinic. They must also adhere to social distancing rules and wear a mask. If you are ill, please stay home. Do not attend these clinics.
