Splash of Red Cranberry Tours Cancelled

The Pittsville FFA and FFA Alumni announced they are forgoing their annual Splash of Red Cranberry tours this year, but still hope to come up with an alternative online presentation.Ag Instructor Lindsay Meissner told Wisconsin Ag Connection that due to the COVID-19 situation, her students are working on offering virtual tours for this season instead.
For the past 18 years, the school's cranberry science class organized the bus tours to nearby cranberry farms to show the public how the state's number one fruit is grown and harvested.
