Friends of the Black River Fall Clean Up August 29

The Clark County Chapter of the Friends of the Black River will be holding their Fall Clean Up on August 29th.They will begin at 8am and meet at Listeman Park on 15th street for cleanup location assignment. This will be a float cleanup but has land-based areas for those not wanting to paddle. They have canoes to lend out, but please let them know if you are in need of a canoe so they can bring an adequate amount.
They will not be doing lunch this year but will provide water for the volunteers. They will meet back at the park afterwards around 11am for pictures and dispose of trash. Social distancing is encouraged.
