Neillsville Mayor Murphy Presents Plaque

Neillsville Mayor Diane Murphy presented a plaque to Dave Flynn and congratulated him on his retirement.Dave has retired after working with the city for 23 years and Mayor Murphy presented him with his plaque and thanked him for his service on Thursday.
Neillsville Police Chief Mankowski thanked Dave on the department’s Facebook page for his guidance when first started here in Neillsville. Congratulations, Dave!
