Recap of Clark County Election Results from Yesterday's Primary

-Taking a look at the Clark County election results from the August 11th primary.

There were a couple of contested Republican races in the county. There were 4 candidates vying for the 69th Assembly Seat. The seat covers around half of Clark County and was held by Bob Kulp:
Donna Rozar received the most votes with 993,
followed by Tim Miller with 686,
then Michael Smith with 516
and Matthew Windheuser with 115.

For Clark County Treasurer, Renee Schoen beat current treasurer Mary Domanico 2,028 votes to 1,345.

Taking a look at the other uncontested races in Clark County, for the 7th Congressional District, Democrat Tricia Zunker received 1,104 votes.

For the 68th Assembly District, Democrat Emily Berge received 303 votes.

For the 69th Assembly District, Democrat Brian Giles received 796 votes.

For the 87th Assembly District, Democrat Richard Pulcher received 17 votes.

For the Clark County District Attorney, Democrat, and current DA, Melissa Inlow received 1,093 votes.

For the Clark County Clerk, Treasurer and Register of Deeds received a scattering of votes in the Democratic field with 8, 8 and 7.

For the 7th Congressional District, Republican Tom Tiffany received 2,889 votes.

For the 68th Assembly District, Republican Jesse James received 888 votes.

For the 87th Assembly District, Republican James Edming received 40 votes.

For the Clark County District Attorney, there was a scattering of votes for Republicans with 31.

For the Clark County Clerk, Republican Christina Jensen received 2,973 votes.

And for the Clark County Register of Deeds, Repbulican Mary Denk received 2,876 votes.
