Coronavirus Number for July 30th

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has 851,391 negative cases, 51,049 positive cases (an increase of 870 over yesterday) and 911 deaths, an increase of 5 over yesterday. Of the positive cases, 4,539, or 8%, have been hospitalized. Clark County has 168 positive cases and 3,375 negative. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 198 positive and 9,558 negative, Eau Claire has 448 positive and 13,222 negative and Jackson has 43 positive and 4,903 negative.
Also, Wood has 189 positive and 8,317 negative, Marathon has 518 positive and 11,252 negative and Taylor has 42 positive and 1,625 negative. Clark County has had 7 people die from the virus. Marathon has had 4 people die from the virus. Eau Claire has had 3 people die from the virus. Jackson and Wood have had one person die from the virus.
