Coronavirus Numbers for July 16th: Clark County Has 127 Cases

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has 686,299 negative cases, 38,727 positive cases (an increase of 821 over yesterday) and 827 deaths, an increase of 1 over yesterday. Of the positive cases, 3,923, or 10%, have been hospitalized. Clark County has 127 positive cases and 2,776 negative. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 145 positive and 7,930 negative, Eau Claire has 351 positive and 10,989 negative and Jackson has 37 positive and 4,247 negative.
Also, Wood has 112 positive and 6,475 negative, Marathon has 312 positive and 8,937 negative and Taylor has 25 positive and 1,281 negative. Clark County has had 7 people die from the virus. Jackson, Marathon, Wood and Eau Claire have had one person die from the virus.
