Clark and Marathon County Health Departments Release Preliminary Results From Recent Coronavirus Community Testing Event

-The Marathon and Clark County Health Departments have released preliminary results from the recent COVID-19 community testing event.The departments, with help from the Wisconsin National Guard, tested 411 people over 2 days. Results are still coming in, but, so far, 31 positive cases were identified.
“We strive to offer accessible testing as it is a key strategy in controlling the spread of
COVID-19.” Said Marathon County Health Officer Joan Theurer. “It’s important to have testing available to anyone who believes they may have been exposed.”
