Coronavirus Numbers for July 3rd: 81 Cases in Clark County

-Taking a look at the updated coronavirus numbers from yesterday:The state has 563,946 negative cases, 29,738 positive cases (an increase of 539) and 793 deaths, an increase of 7 over yesterday. Of the positive cases, 3,519, or 12%, have been hospitalized. Clark County now has 81 positive cases and 2,177 negative. Of those cases 17 are active. Of the county’s 81 positive cases, 57 have recovered. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 91 positive and 5,068 negative and Eau Claire has 249 positive and 8,395 negative.
Also, Jackson has 27 positive and 2,625 negative, Wood has 63 positive and 5,144 negative, Marathon has 186 positive and 6,966 negative and Taylor has 14 positive and 1,023 negative. Clark County has had 7 people die from the virus. Jackson, Marathon, Wood and Eau Claire have had one person die from the virus.
