Loyal Man Appears in Clark County Court for Sexual Assault of a Child

-A Loyal man appeared in Clark County Court on Tuesday for sexual assault of a child.The victim in this case stated that the assaults by Roger Hattamer began when she was eight and lasted for 10 years. She also stated that Hattamer would offer her money or other items for nude pictures of the girl. Hattamer is facing charges of incest, child enticement and exposing genitals to a child. During his preliminary hearing on Tuesday, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue.
He’s scheduled for arraignment on August 4th. Because of where the assaults occurred, Hattamer is also facing similar charges in Taylor and Chippewa County. Another case was filed against him in Rusk County.
