Loyal City Council Approves Opening City Hall With Guidelines

-They Loyal City Council discussed opening city hall to the public at their meeting on Tuesday.They ask you to please use hand sanitizer before you approach the desk, but they don’t require you to have a mask or gloves to enter the building. The clerks will sanitize after an individual leaves. Also, they are not allowing any parties at the building and they are not allowing senior citizen clubs or meetings.
Meetings are allowed, but they must be 10 people or less. And whoever holds the meeting must sanitize city hall when the meeting is done. Also, brat frys can be held in the parking lot, but no tables or chairs from city hall can be used. The Loyal City Hall is open now.
