COVID-19 Pandemic Update for the Afternoon of May 15th: Over 400 New Cases Confirmed in Wisconsin

We have a COVID-19 update for you this afternoon.
Taking a look at the updated state numbers, the state has 128,657 negative tests, 11,685 positive cases (an increase of 410 over yesterday) and 445 deaths, an increase of 11 over yesterday. Of the positive cases, 1,977, or 17%, have been hospitalized. Clark County has 25 positive and 428 negative. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 37 positive and 1,630 negative, Eau Claire has 65 positive and 3,278 negative, Jackson has 15 positive and 617 negative, Wood has 5 positive and 1,148 negative, Marathon has 31 positive and 1,415 negative and Taylor still has no positive cases and 195 negative. Clark County has had 4 people die from the coronavirus. Marathon and Jackson Counties have had one person die due to the coronavirus.
