Shell Lake Woman Arrested in Jackson County for 7th OWI

-A Shell Lake woman was arrested in Jackson County for her 7th OWI.According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, just after 8pm on Thursday, a trooper stopped to help a disabled vehicle. When the trooper made contact with the driver, 49-year-old Tracie Masuca, he noticed slight impairment.
Masuca failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
