Granton School Board Discusses Summer School, Grading and Graduation at Special Meeting

-The Granton School Board held a special meeting on Wednesday and discussed three main topics including summer school, grading options, and graduations.The district plans to continue to provide meal deliveries throughout the school closure, even over the summer. Also, since schools are closed until the end of June, they will not be able to offer any summer school classes at this time including swimming lessons.
The board also approved several options for grading during the school closure including letter grades and pass/fail. Finally, the board also delayed graduation until the Stay at Home order has been lifted to schedule an in-person graduation ceremony.
