Organizational Matters at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council took care of organizational matters at their meeting.Some of the appointments they took care of include Doris Bakker as Health Officer; the Public Works Director as Weed Commissioner, Building Inspector and Zoning Administrator; Chief of Police as Emergency Government Director; Cemetery Sexton/Parks Director as City Forester; the Clark County Press as the city’s official newspaper; the Clerk-Treasurer as the City Hall Custodian; the mayor as the city’s representative to the Municipal Ambulance Board; and council member Joe Neville as the city’s representative to the Community Fire Hall Board.
They also took care of all the committee appointments with many the same or only slightly different to how they were previously. The council also approved moving the regular May 12th meeting to Monday, May 18th due to the 7th Congressional District Special Election on the 12th.
