CIVIL SUIT IN CAR BOMBING CASE

The man and woman injured when a pipe bomb detonated in the car they were traveling in have filed a civil lawsuit in the case.The Clark County Press is reporting Tanya Humboldt and Tom Dyer are seeking unspecified damages for the injuries they experienced when the homemade bomb detonated sending both to the hospital.
The suit is being filed against Wayne Jensen, his wife Cyndi and three other individuals.
Jensen was convicted and sentenced to 3 years in prison for his role in the bombing. He?s also charged with perjury after giving conflicting accounts of his wife?s involvement in the bombing. A status conference on that case is scheduled for August 25th.
