Updated Coronavirus Cases for the Afternoon of April 18th

-We have a COVID-19 update for you this afternoon.Taking a look at the updated state numbers, the state has 43,962 negative tests, 4,199 positive cases and 211 deaths. Of the positive cases, 1,176, or 28%, have been hospitalized. Clark County now has 16 positive cases and 127 negative. For our neighboring counties, Chippewa has 21 positive cases and 702 negative cases, Eau Claire has 22 positive cases and 1,337 negative, Jackson has 11 positive and 159 negative, Wood has 2 positive and 308 negative, Marathon has 17 positive and 465 negative and Taylor still has no positive cases and 70 negative. Marathon and Jackson Counties have had one person die due to the coronavirus.
