Village of Withee Declares State of Emergency

-The Village of Withee has Declared a State of Emergency.Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the village board approved a resolution declaring a State of Emergency in the village at their meeting Monday. They also approved the updated audit service contract with CLA, approved a Schedule of Fines & Penalties as printed and approved storage fees for property.
They also approved kennel fees for animals that are lost and the three trustees, Randy Shelton, John Frankewicz, and Susan Kalepp were re-elected. The Open Book and Board of Review are canceled until their assessor reschedules the appointment.
