Former Marshfield Nurse Charged for Stealing Medication

-A former nurse at the Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield is facing charges after she stole medication from patients.According to court records, Casey Carpenter took at least eight tablets of Oxycodone from patients back in May of last year. A urine test proved that Carpenter had taken the pills. She told authorities that she had been experiencing back pain and no longer had a prescription for medication.
Carpenter is facing charges of theft, possession of drugs and abuse of patients.
