Woman Arrested After High Speed Chase in Jackson County Appears in Court

-A woman arrested after a high speed chase appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.Back in January, Wisconsin State Patrol Troopers were informed that the Tomah Police Department was in a high speed chase. Speeds reached 125 mph and the driver was weaving in and out of traffic. The chase finally ended after the driver hit another vehicle, struck a guardrail and then hit a semi, getting wedged under an axle of the semi.
The driver, Sarah Fast was arrested in the incident. She’s facing an OWI charge, first offense. During a recent court appearance she entered a not guilty plea to the charge against her. She’s scheduled to be back in court on May 5th.
