Look for the Helpers: Granton FFA Alumni

-“When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’”Those are the inspiring words to Mr. Rogers from his mother, so we’re going to try and find the helpers. Today, we look at the Granton FFA Alumni. According to the Hub City Times, they recently made a donation to the Granton School District that was designed to provide support for local farmers, while encouraging others to do the same. The milk was loaded into the school district vans that deliver lunch and breakfast daily, with tags on the jugs to inform the families that the milk was given in support of local dairy farmers. The Granton Alumni group then challenged other chapters to do the same.
This may be a stressful situation for everyone, but we will get through this. Let's all work together and help each other along as we take the current situation day-by-day. And, if possible, make sure you continue to support our local businesses. They’re going to need our support now more than ever.
