Neillsville School Board Approves Employment Matters

-The Neillsville School Board discussed employment matters at their meeting on Monday.The board approved the bus driver contracts for the 2020-2021 school year as presented. They also approved the resignation of Martha Gerlach from her art teacher position and approved the retirement of Debra Mohr from her teaching position. The board also heard the Administrators’ Reports. District Administrator John Gaier reported on two thank you cards, an FFCRA employee rights flyer and an email from DPI with COVID-19 updates.
He also provided lunch and breakfast numbers for March, a message from the Rochester Education Association, COVID-19 federal funding information, an opening on the District Boundary Appeals Board, an update from the SAA on recent legislative developments and Gov. Evers’ executive order regarding the April 7th election.
