The Neillsville City Council approved a resolution abandoning a couple alleys in the city at their meeting on Tuesday.The alleys are located on the east side of Clay Street, between Clay Street and Grand Avenue, and on the west side, which dead ends to the west, by the Clark County Highway Department building. The resolution begins the abandonment process. The council also approved the construction of a new 100’ by 40’ Cemetery/Parks building.
Finally, the council was presented a list of continuing appropriation accounts and their balances. They approved continuing the appropriations for 2020.
