BREAKING: Changes to Clark County and City of Neillsville Shared Ride Services Due to Coronavirus Pandemic

-Due to COVID-19 and the order in effect for social distancing, Clark County and the City of Neillsville - Shared Ride Services will be operating under modified rules:1. We are discontinuing multipassenger rides; if you schedule a ride as a single passenger, you will travel alone. Shared rides will only be allowed for people traveling with family or caregiver. If you need to travel with your family or a caregiver, you must notify dispatch.
2. Riders will be asked to ride in the back seats whenever possible to separate themselves from the driver.
This change in service may lead to longer wait times for some riders. Riders should plan in advance and work with dispatch on drop off times that will meet their needs. We ask riders to prioritize their trips and to be flexible whenever possible. Patience is needed through this difficult time.
This change in service is effective March 20, 2020, and is estimated to last through April. Services will continue to be reevaluated as more information and directions are received for COVID-19.
