Neillsville School Board Approves Paper Bid

-The Neillsville School Board approved a paper bid at their meeting on Monday.The district buys a year’s worth of paper all at once. They had 4 bids and they approved the bid from O’Brion for $7,011. There was another bid that was slightly lower, but with O’Brion, they store all of the paper and ship it to the district when they need it. The other company didn’t do that and the district would have had to store all the paper.
The board also approved the donation of 23 microscopes from St. Mary’s. In employment matters, the board approved the hiring of Donald Wiesner for a dish washing position.
