Clark County Circuit Court Issues Order Regarding Emergency Temporary Measures in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

-The Clark County Circuit Court has issued an Order Regarding Emergency Temporary Measures in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.The specific order can be found at https://www.wicourts.gov/ or on the Clark County Website. If you have cases pending in the Clark County Court, or you become a party to a new case in the upcoming weeks, please take note of these new procedures that are in effect from March 16, 2020 until May 15, 2020. Cases will proceed as currently scheduled unless otherwise notified by the Court. If you have questions on whether you need to appear in person, please call 715-743-5172 or 715-743-5181.
The court is encouraging telephonic and video appearances whenever possible. Note that the effective dates of the order may be modified depending upon the evolving circumstances regarding the spread of the virus.
