Dorchester Man Facing Child Sexual Assault Charges

-A Dorchester man is facing charges of child sexual assault.According to court records, the Colby-Abbotsford Police Department began an investigation into child sexual assault charges on March 2nd. 37-year-old Martin Mireles Garcia was arrested as a result of the investigation.
Garcia is facing charges of repeated sexual assault of a child, two counts of exposing a child to harmful materials, disorderly conduct and more. A $5,000 cash bond was set against him and he’s scheduled to be back in court on April 4th.
