One Person Killed in One Vehicle Accident Near Curtiss

-One person was killed in a one vehilce crash near Curtiss yesterday evening.According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Department, the crash occurred around 7:15pm on Thursday on State Highway 29 near County Highway P. They stated the SUV was driving westbound when it lost control on the slippery road, crossed the median, overturned and came to rest in the eastbound lane.
When the vehicle overturned, the 63-year-old driver, from Unity, was ejected and killed. It appears he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt. The eastbound lanes of Highway 29 were closed and traffic was rerouted.
