Bring Your Appetite! Pizza Ranch Opening in Marshfield March 16th

(Marshfield News Herald) -Diners, the wait is almost over. Get ready for pizzas like the Texan Taco, Stampede, Tuscan Roma and more.Pizza Ranch will open in Marshfield on March 16, according to the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Iowa-based restaurant chain will occupy the former Figi's Outlet Store building at 1302 N. Central Ave. The new restaurant will feature community rooms and a FunZone arcade. Pizza Ranch is a buffet-style restaurant that serves chicken and, of course, pizza. The Texan Taco pizza is topped with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, two cheeses, taco sauce, red onions and taco chips. The Stampede includes Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, beef, mushrooms, green and black olives, red onions and green peppers. Owners Neil and Sue Krogman grew up in northwest Iowa enjoying the chain restaurant.
The first Pizza Ranch began in Sue’s hometown of Hull, Iowa, a small farming community, according to a news release from the chamber. The couple even had their wedding rehearsal dinner at the Hull Pizza Ranch in May 1986. Neil began seriously considering the possibility of franchising as Pizza Ranch began expanding outside Iowa. The two are excited "to give every guest a legendary experience," the release said. The owners look forward to partnering with Marshfield and other nearby communities to offer fundraising events for eligible local nonprofits.
