Wood County Area Holstein Breeders Holding Auction in Marshfield this Week

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -The Wood County Area Holstein Breeders are holding their annual Purple Ribbon Classic Sale this week in Marshfield.The event takes place March 7 at the Central Wisconsin State Fairgrounds, where many quality animals will be sold at auction. Organizers say the sale begins at 11:30 a.m. A time to preview the animals will be held prior to the sale in the round barn. Many deep pedigreed animals will sell with Dams and Granddams scoring Excellent 90 to 95.
The sale is being managed by the Wood Coundy Area Breeders, with Tim Schindler serving as the auctioneer. For more information about the sale, call 715-937-1492.
