State Traffic Fatalities Increase Disproportionately for African-Americans

(WRN) -Traffic fatalities in the state have increased disproportionately for African-Americans.A report from the Wisconsin Policy Forum says traffic incidents accounted for the deaths of 63 African-Americans in 2018. That's more than double the number killed in 2013.
Various factors are cited, including a decline in public transportation and rampant reckless driving in Milwaukee, home to most of the state's black residents.
