Heart of the Farm-Women in Agriculture Conference Next Month

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -Farm women in northcentral Wisconsin are invited to attend the Heart of the Farm-Women in Agriculture Conference next month in Marshfield.The program will be held March 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Marshfield campus. The conference series is a University of Wisconsin-Extension program that is committed to addressing the needs of farm women by providing education on farm business topics, connecting them with agricultural resources and creating support networks.
The forums provide women with the opportunity to network with other farm women; learn about developing goals for farm success, starting a new business, formulating a business plan, and managing stress.
