American Family Insurance Cutting Jobs

(WRN) -Madison-based American Family Insurance is cutting about 200 jobs.The insurance giant now plans to outsource its IT support services. American Family is contracting with a French consulting firm for its IT support hotline.
Almost all of the employees who are affected live in the Madison area. The company says they are being offered re-training for other jobs.
