Neillsville Man Arrested for 7th OWI

-A Neillsville man was arrested on Tuesday for his 7th OWI.According to court records, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a report of a vehicle all over the road on Highway 95. The officer came across a slow moving vehicle on the road and pulled over 70-year-old Mark Janicki. Janicki admitted to drinking and feeling impaired, but denied a blood test.
Janicki is facing charges of 7th OWI and operating a motor vehicle while revoked. He has a $5,000 bond set against him and he’s scheduled to appear in court on March 10th.
