Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Awards 2020 Scholarships

-The selection committee for the Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Student Scholarship, Teacher Fellowship and Principal Leadership program has announced recipients of the 312 Herb Kohl Foundation awards for Wisconsin students, teachers and principals.Awards in the amount of $6,000 are being made to 100 teachers, 16 principals, and their schools, and $10,000 scholarships will be given to 193 graduating high school students. For the 2020 Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Excellence Scholars some local recipients include Jayden Falteisek of Abbotsford High School, Promise Ngirwe of Spencer High School and Tyler Katzenberger of Marshfield High School. For the 2020 Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Initiative Scholars one local recipient is Rebecca Walter of Loyal, a student at Columbus Catholic High School in Marshfield.
Finally, for the 2020 Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Teacher Fellows, some local recipients include Susan Nelson of Withee, a teacher at the Owen-Withee Elementary School and Nicole Gripentrog of Curtiss, a teacher at Medford High School.
