'Road Trip Wisconsin' Winner Of 2019 Cedar Crest Ice Cream 4-H Flavor Contest

'Road Trip Wisconsin,' developed by the Trail Blazers 4-H Club in La Crosse County, was chosen as the winner of the 2019 Cedar Crest Ice Cream 4-H Flavor Contest.Selected as the winner from the field of dozens of contestants, the favor will be available statewide in time to celebrate the summer time this coming July.
Wisconsin Ag Connection reports that the winning entry features rich chocolate ice cream representing the fertile farmland of Wisconsin, walnut pieces for the northern woodlands, ribbons of caramel representing the mighty Mississippi and other rivers of our great state, and pieces of cheesecake for our long-standing history of cheese production.
Contest coordinators say it will be available throughout the summer at ice cream parlors that serve Cedar Crest Ice Cream. It is also available for sale at 4-H food stands.
