(WRN) -Moving forward, to address problems in the Wisconsin National Guard.Governor Tony Evers has approved a corrective action plan to improve the Guard's handling of sexual assault, sexual harassment and retaliation allegations. In December, Guard commander General Donald Dunbar, resigned after federal investigators found the Wisconsin Guard failed to follow federal law when handling sexual assault and harassment claims.
Brigadier General Laurie Farris of the New Hampshire National Guard will oversee the plan's development and implementation, which is to be completed no later than August 31.
