UW-System Looking to Modify How State's Tuition Freeze Works

(WRN) -The UW-System is looking to modify how the state's tuition freeze works.Retiring System President Ray Cross is proposing that the tuition freeze be moved from a flat freeze to something that's locked to the rate of inflation.
The price to attend UW colleges and universities has been frozen in place since 2013, and Cross says that hampered the system's ability to raise funds to maintain itself and retain top staff.
