Man Arrested for 8th OWI in Jackson County

-A man was arrested for his 8th OWI in Jackson County over the weekend.After authorities pulled over 57-year-old Bernard Mueller in the Township of Brockway on East 2nd Street, he told them he had four beers at a bar and two at home. Mueller was put through field sobriety tests and failed them all.
Mueller has seven previous OWI convictions and is supposed to have a .02 BAC restriction.
