PETERSON CASE DELAYED AGAIN

More delays in the Daniel Peterson case. Peterson is the Neillsville man charged with last year?s brutal murder of his wife, Vickie.He remains in Illinois where he?s charged with attempted armed robbery and attempted homicide.
The case there isn?t moving forward.
The court is waiting for the defense to produce an expert?s opinion as to Peterson?s sanity at the time of the alleged crimes. That report was to have been submitted Wednesday, but the defense was granted yet another extension. May 27th is the new deadline.
