New Study Says Minnesota and Iowa has Better Drivers than Wisconsin

(WRN) -A new study claims Minnesota and Iowa have better drivers than Wisconsin.A website "Car Insurance Comparison-dot-com" compared data on measures like fatality rate, careless driving, drunk driving and speeding to come up with a list that ranked Wisconsin ranked 22nd in the nation in 2019 for bad driving.
One big factor: having the 5th most drunk driving cases. Minnesota and Iowa ranked 1st and 2nd. New Mexico was last.
