Home Near Pittsville Destroyed by Fire

(Hub City Times) -A town of Hansen home was destroyed by fire.On Jan. 5, at approximately 10:30 p.m. Wood County Central Dispatch received the report of a fully engulfed structure fire located at 6665 State Highway 73 in the town of Hansen. Wood County Sheriff’s Deputies responded, along with the Vesper, Arpin, Rudolph, Richfield, and Pittsville fire departments.
The house was fully engulfed upon arrival.
State Highway 73 was closed between County Road E and State Highway 186 for the duration of the incident. The fire is currently under investigation. Nobody was in the house at the time of the fire.
