Entries Now Being Accepted for World Championship Cheese Contest

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -Competitors interested in submitting entries in the World Championship Cheese Contest can now register their products online.Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, this biennial competition has grown since it was first held in 1957. The 2018 event featured a record-setting 3,400 cheese entries from 26 different countries around the world. Coordinators say the 2020 contest will include 132 classes of dairy products, including several new categories this year.
Entries will be accepted through January 31 at www.worldchampioncheese.org. The contest takes place March 3-5 at Monona Terrace Convention Center in Madison.
