Mixed Commodity Prices for November

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -The November average price received by farmers for corn in Wisconsin was $3.52 per bushel, according to the latest USDA Agricultural Prices report.

That was 24-cents lower than October, but 16 cents above the previous November. Soybean prices averaged $8.39 per bushel, down 14 cents for the month, but 11-cents more for the year. Oats were $3.45 per bushel, 12-cents below the October price, but 36-cents above November 2018. All hay prices in Wisconsin averaged $217.00 per ton in November, up $24.00 from October and $42.00 above last November.

The alfalfa hay price was $226.00 per ton--$13.00 more for the month and $46.00 higher for the year. The other hay price averaged $182.00, up $33.00 from October and $23.00 more than the same time last year.
