Wisconsin Farmers Continue to Struggle with 2019's Wild Weather

(WRN) -Wisconsin farmers continue to struggle with the weather.2019 will likely go down as one of the top ten wettest years on record. Last week, farmers had only four days that were suitable for field work.
The year's precipitation through Wednesday topped 43 inches. Harvest is behind schedule, because fields are flooded or too muddy.
